文人書畫多在案頭上完成，這與工作室的概念有所不同。案頭是他們的工作檯、讀書室、思考空間及私人獨處的地方。靠在窗旁，眺望外面的自然風光，建構他們的創作想像。
The literati calligraphy and paintings were mostly accomplished on the
desk, as opposed to the artist’s studio. The desk was the work table,
reading room, thinking corner and place of solitude. Leaning against the
window, gazing at the nature outside, the literati constructed imaginary
worlds. |
